Our first Annual General Meeting will be held at Bond Street Event Centre in Sale on the evening of Wednesday 8 October 2025. Please arrive from 6:30pm for a 7pm start.

All interested parties are welcome to attend, but please note that only members who are up to date with their membership fees are eligible to vote. Please check your emails for full details (email sent 16 September 2025).

At the AGM, members will have the opportunity to: 

• Find out about Films at the Bundy Inc. operations and finances

• Ask questions and speak about any items on the agenda

• Elect committee members, including position holders

• Vote on membership fees for the coming year

• Vote on a special resolution regarding complimentary memberships

• Enjoy a light buffet dinner, hear a short talk from screen industry professional Zac Roberts (details TBC), watch a short film, test your brains with a Films at the Bundy trivia quiz, and take part in discussions about films and activities you’d like to see in future
