Our Annual General Meeting will once again return to the Bond Street Event Centre in Sale on the evening of Thursday 8 October 2026. Please arrive from 6:30pm for a 7pm start (timing TBC).

All interested parties are welcome to attend, but please note that only members who are up to date with their membership fees are eligible to vote. An email will be sent to our mailing list closer to the date with

At the AGM, members will have the opportunity to: 

• Find out about Films at the Bundy Inc. operations and finances

• Ask questions and speak about any items on the agenda

• Elect committee members, including position holders

• Vote on membership fees for the coming year

• Other, less formal, things - we’re aiming for interesting guests, good food and some fun trivia!
